Australian Securities Agency Looks To Improve IPO Process

Law360, New York (August 31, 2017, 4:27 PM EDT) -- Australia's securities watchdog said Wednesday it wants to implement changes to the country's initial public offering process in response to a recent investor survey conducted by the agency, including greater access and information concerning companies' management team members, as well as more succinct and easier to understand prospectus statements.
