Adidas Taps Bayer US Legal Head For New General Counsel

Law360 (October 9, 2018, 2:36 PM EDT) -- The former head of legal for Bayer U.S. has been appointed general counsel of Adidas AG, the Germany-based sportswear manufacturer said Tuesday.

On Nov. 26, Jan Heinemann, 45, will officially replace Frank Dassler in the role at the corporation's headquarters in Herzogenaurach, according to Adidas' press release. His appointment will put him in charge of the company's strategic direction for all legal and compliance affairs.
