Matthew Hinderman, a former partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP's tax practice, joined Illinois-based Levenfeld Pearlstein LLC's corporate and securities practice, according to a statement.
At Levenfeld, Hinderman will continue his practice assisting corporate clients in tax planning matters stemming from mergers and acquisitions, the firm said....
