ITC To Review Whether To Bar US Entry Of Nikon Cameras
Law360 (November 19, 2018, 6:03 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will review the bulk of an administrative law judge’s initial determination that several Nikon digital cameras should be barred from entering the United States because they infringe the asserted claims of three patents held by lensmaker Carl Zeiss and semiconductor equipment maker ASML, according to an announcement set for Tuesday.
