ITC To Weigh Blocking Samsung Phones After Nvidia Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 7, 2014, 5:41 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday said it is launching a probe into Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Qualcomm Inc.’s possible infringement of a series of Nvidia Corp. patents for graphics processing units, or GPU, which could lead to import bans of Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
