Law360, New York (April 7, 2015, 10:23 AM EDT) -- In June 2013, the U.S. International Trade Commission introduced a pilot program designed to provide Section 337 litigants with the ability to receive an initial determination on certain case-dispositive issues within 100 days of institution.[1] But despite instituting over 60 investigations in the nearly two years since the official introduction of the pilot program, the ITC had not utilized these new procedures, leading some to wonder when — if ever — the pilot program would again be used.
