Deals Rumor Mill: Ruyi Group, Cenovus Energy, EuNetworks

By Benjamin Horney (November 8, 2017, 5:31 PM EST) -- Chinese textile company Shandong Ruyi Group will pay upward of $2 billion for the apparels and advanced textiles division of Invista Co., according to a report from Bloomberg on Wednesday. Invista is a subsidiary of Koch Industries Inc. The companies announced the deal late last month, although they did not disclose the price tag. The apparel and advanced textiles business owns Lycra, the elastic material that is used in yoga pants and skinny jeans, among other products, the report said....
