Boies Schiller Gets OK To Rep 2 'Varsity Blues' Defendants
Law360 (June 12, 2019, 9:36 PM EDT) -- A Boston federal court has decided that Boies Schiller Flexner LLP can continue to represent two defendants in the Varsity Blues college admissions cheating case, despite the fact that one parent is cooperating with the government and may be called upon to testify against the other.
