EXCLUSIVE: SFO Chief Sees High Demand For DPAs

Law360, London (November 1, 2016, 10:52 PM GMT) -- A year after the U.K.'s Serious Fraud Office signed its first deferred prosecution agreement, the authority has no shortage of companies coming in with an eye toward staving off trials and winning lower fines, director David Green told Law360 in an exclusive interview.
