Tax Dodge Papers 'A National Disgrace,' UK Lawmaker Says

Law360, London (November 14, 2017, 4:11 PM GMT) -- Lawmakers urged Britain’s government on Tuesday to implement new laws to force multinational businesses to fully report their activities and profits and to punish bankers and lawyers for helping them to avoid paying tax.

Britain’s record on tackling tax avoidance was described as "a national disgrace” and "somewhat hypocritical" during lively exchanges in the House of Commons.
