ICC Mulls Probe Into Reports Of US Abuses In Afghanistan

Law360, Washington (November 21, 2017, 9:39 PM EST) -- The prosecutor for the International Criminal Court requested authorization on Monday to investigate reports of human rights abuses in Afghanistan by the U.S. armed forces, the CIA, Afghan security forces, the Taliban and affiliated armed groups.
