   MINUTE ORDER (paperless), upon consideration of the parties' 117 Joint Status Report ("JSR") filed on October 13, 2026, MODIFYING the SCHEDULING ORDER, entered on June 12, 2026, as amended, as follows:
   
   &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp (1) By December 12, 2026, defendants shall make a substantial production of materials supporting the government's decision to terminate the grants at issue;
   
   &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp (2) By January 12, 2027, defendants shall complete any remaining production of materials supporting the government's decision to terminate the grants at issue;
   
   &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp (3) On November 12, 2026, and every 30 days thereafter, the parties shall file status reports as to the status and progress of discovery;
   
   &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp (4) By April 12, 2027, defendants shall produce all remaining documents responsive to plaintiffs' discovery requests to complete discovery in this case;
   
   FURTHER DIRECTING that defendants shall make at minimum one production per month between now and the completion of production; that defendants shall produce privilege logs explaining the reason otherwise responsive documents are withheld, or information is redacted, from produced documents at the time of each production; and that parties shall engage in bi-weekly conferral meetings to ensure a streamlined production of materials.
