EO: On 6/15/2026, this Court noted that the service deadline in this case is 7/22/2026. See ECF No. 11. Additionally, on 8/19/2026, this Court noted that "Plaintiff had not filed a proof of service for each Defendant to establish that service had been completed." See ECF No. 16. The Court therefore directed Plaintiff to file this proof of service "no later than 9/1/2026." See id. However, Plaintiff has still not filed proof of service for each Defendant.
The service deadline was 7/22/2026, and Plaintiff has not complied with this Court's instruction to "file proofs of service on the docket, establishing that service of each Defendant has been completed." See id.; see also Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(l) ("proof of service must be made to the court"). Further, Plaintiff has not otherwise established that service in this case was effected. Therefore, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why the Complaint should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute, properly serve the Defendants, and comply with this Court's instructions issued on 8/19/2026. Plaintiff's response to this order to show cause is due on 9/21/2026.
