Order Dismissing Case
ORDER - For reasons to be fully explained in a Memorandum Opinion that will follow in due course, the Court GRANTS the Motions to Dismiss (ECF Nos. 9 , 12 , 15 ), finding that the Rooker-Feldman Doctrine applies and divests the Court of jurisdiction over all of Plaintiff's claims. The Court does not grant leave to amend, rendering this Order final and appealable. Should Plaintiff desire to appeal, a written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of entry hereof. Failure to file a notice of appeal within that period may result in the loss of the ability to appeal. It is so ORDERED. SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS. Signed by District Judge Roderick C.
