MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of Plaintiffs' unopposed 37 Motion to Hold in Abeyance, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiffs' deadline to respond to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is held in abeyance pending disposition of Defendants' Motion for Relief from Local Civil Rule 7(n), ECF No. 35 , and Plaintiffs' forthcoming Motion for Jurisdictional Discovery. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall file their combined Opposition to Defendants' Motion for Relief from Local Civil Rule 7(n) and Motion for Jurisdictional Discovery by July 20, 2026. Defendants shall respond to Plaintiffs' Opposition and Motion by August 10, 2026. Plaintiffs shall file any reply in further support of their Motion for Jurisdictional Discovery by August 24, 2026, or within 14 days of Defendants' response, whichever is later.
