Defendants' Motion 37 is DENIED as to Counts I, II, and IV of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint 34. The Clerk shall TERMINATE Defendant Moataz Hassan as a defendant in this action. Defendant Florida Department of Transportation is ORDERED to file an answer to Counts I, II, and IV of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint 34 within 14 days of the date of this Order.
