ORDER - The parties filed an amended stipulation providing additional information regarding the need for an extension of time. (Doc. 58 .) The parties have established an extension of the deadline for expert depositions is appropriate. The court expects to set trial to begin shortly after the expert deposition deadline expires, so the parties should plan accordingly. IT IS ORDERED the Stipulation (Doc. 58 ) is GRANTED. Depositions of individuals disclosed as opening or rebuttal experts shall be completed no later than 60 days from the court's ruling on all Rule 71.1(h) motion(s) filed after fact discovery concludes.
