   MINUTE entry before the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama: On 7/7/2025, the Court terminated this case at Plaintiff's request 29 . Following the Court's order granting Plaintiff's request and effectively closing this case, Plaintiff filed a number of post-closure submissions 30 32 . The Court denied these requests and notified Plaintiff that any future filings to the same effect would be summarily struck 33 . Currently pending is another filing by Plaintiff requesting that the Court strike post-closure orders, reassert finality, demand judicial recusal, and present evidentiary record of procedural misconduct 34 . Plaintiff's latest submission falls into the category of filings that the Court warned Plaintiff it would summarily strike. Separately, Plaintiff's motion contains unfounded allegations concerning recusal and alleged "judicial conflict" that have no basis in either law or fact. Accordingly, Plaintiff's filing 34 is denied and this case remains closed. The Court warns Plaintiff that future similarly frivolous and baseless filings may result in sanctions. Mailed notice.
