ORDER MEMORIALIZING CONFERENCE: On August 5, 2026, the court convened a discovery conference at defendant's request. During the conference, the court addressed third-party subpoenas that defendant seeks to serve on three universities and a medical clinic. The court advised defendant that it was defendant's prerogative to serve the subpoenas. Plaintiff may file a motion to quash the subpoenas should he believe it necessary. The court also addressed the parties' request to conduct plaintiff's deposition at the courthouse. The court advised the parties to contact the courtroom deputy to make such arrangements.
