Amended Complaint
AMENDED COMPLAINT Sections VII & VIII against All Defendants, filed by Ryan Edwin Causey. (Attachments: # 1 Second Amended Complaint Exhibits ST (Part 1), # 2 econd Amended Complaint Exhibits U-Y (Part 2))(EDC)
Order on Motion for Leave to File
ORDER granting the 18 Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint, filed by Plaintiff Ryan Edwin Causey under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(2). Plaintiff seeks to add additional factual allegations and exhibits in support of his claims and defendants will not suffer any prejudice as they have not yet been served in this matter. Therefore, the Motion will be granted for good cause shown. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to docket the [18-1] Proposed New Section VII Defendants' Fraud By Silence - Public Records Demand, Complete Non-Response, and Judicial Removal of Defendant Foxworth-Roberts with attachments at R. Doc. 18-2 through 18-3 into the record of this matter, which will supplement Plaintiff's prior complaints in this case. See R. Docs. 1, 4, 8. As Plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, such that this case will be screened to determine whether any of Plaintiffs claims should be dismissed under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2), and because this is actually Plaintiffs third amendment to the original complaint, no further requests for leave to amend will be allowed at this time. Signed by Magistrate Judge Erin Wilder-Doomes on 4/15/2026. (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY. There is no hyperlink or PDF document associated with this entry.) (BLR)
