"On March 6, 2018, the Court Ordered, among other things for plaintiff to file an amended complaint within 21 days that complied with the basic pleading requirements of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in each case. Plaintiff appealed the order in each case. The appeals were dismissed on May 16, 2018, and the First Circuit issued its mandate on July 10, 2018. Plaintiff has filed nothing further in these actions and failed to comply with the Courts Orders.
