PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Lily N. Chinn's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel of Record. 53 . Therein, attorney Lily N. Chinn requests to withdraw as counsel of record for the State of Florida and Florida Department of Environmental Protection because she is no longer employed at Baker Botts LLP. Id. at 1. These parties will continue to be represented by Baker Botts LLP. Id. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Withdraw 53 is GRANTED. Attorney Lily N. Chinn is relieved of all further responsibilities related to this action. The Clerk of Court is INSTRUCTED to REMOVE Lily N.
