(Text-Only) ORDER On July 10, 2026, the Defendants filed an Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint [Docket 9 ]. The Defendants request, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(B), a twenty-two (22) day extension of time to investigate the claims and prepare a response to the second amended complaint. The Plaintiff has no objection to the extension. Based upon review of the files and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint [Docket 9 ] is GRANTED.
