MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of 62 the parties' joint status report, and the entire record herein, it is hereby ORDERED that this case is stayed until either two weeks after the National Telecommunications and Information Administration issues a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Digital Equity Competitive Grant Program, 47 U.S.C. § 1724, or January 15, 2027, whichever is earlier. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall meet and confer about the status of the NOFO by not later than October 16, 2026. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by not later than October 23, 2026, and then again by not later than December 7, 2026, and again by not later than January 15, 2027.
