Plaintiff's request does not appear to be related to any pending matter before the Court. Additionally, some of the facts that Plaintiff requests the Court take judicial notice of are facts that could be subject to reasonable dispute and are therefore not judicially noticeable under Fed. R. Evid. 201. Accordingly, this Court declines to take judicial notice at this time, and ECF No. 99 is DENIED. However, Plaintiff may resubmit his request for judicial notice as to facts judicially noticeable under Fed. R.
