Order on Motion to Appoint Pro Bono
TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's letter requesting an update as to Plaintiff's motion seeking the appointment of counsel. (Dkt. No. 3 ). The motion consists of two conclusory sentences that Plaintiff does "not have the financial resources secure a private attorney" and "the complexity of the legal issues involved in this case." The Court is unable to weigh the factors set forth in Tabron v. Grace, 6 F.3d 147 (3d Cir. 1993) as they were not sufficiently addressed in this application. The motion is therefore DENIED without prejudice, and any subsequent motion shall address each of the six Tabron factors. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Cari Fais on 7/22/2026. (qa, )
