ORDER re 57 : Plaintiffs and the remaining Defendants shall file a response by 8/12/2026 to Defendants Lerner and Nunez's Motion to adjourn the upcoming settlement conference. By that same date, counsel for the Individual Defendants Lerner and Nunez shall supplement his letter advising the Court why he failed to confer with the other parties regarding their positions on his request as required by Judge Eichenholtz's rules and why he waited until 7/27/2026 to serve discovery requests when the Court told the parties they can do so almost six months ago. The deadline for parties to submit their ex parte letters, if they have not done so already, is extended to 8/13/2026. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Seth D. Eichenholtz on 8/11/2026. (EGS)
