ORDER denying without prejudice 147 Letter Motion for Extension of Time.The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's letters filed August 18, 2026. Plaintiff is directed to comply with the Court's order at ECF No. 145 entered on August 18, 2026. As this Court previously ordered, no further amendments to the pleadings will be permitted absent a showing of good cause and after the Court has decided the anticipated motions to dismiss. Therefore, Plaintiff's request to file yet another amended complaint is denied without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion at ECF No. 147. SO ORDERED.
