Order
ORDER: On July 7, 2026, the Court filed an Opinion and Order in this action, which denied Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction. See ECF No. 106. Page 18 of the Opinion and Order cont ained a scrivener's error. The original text, in relevant part, read as follows: The CFTC holds the authority to determine whether a contract is legal. See 7 U.S.C. § a-2(c)(5)(C)(i) ("The [Gaming] Commission may determine that. .. [event] contracts... are contrary to the public interest" if they involve "gaming").... Because 7 U.S.C. § 7a-2(c)(5)(i) references the Commodity and Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC"), instead of the New York S tate Gaming Commission (the "Gaming Commission"), the Court corrects the scrivener's error in an amended Opinion and Order, which is annexed below. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(a). The amended text reads as follows: The CFTC holds the authority to determine whether a contract is legal. See 7 U.S.C. §7a-2(c)(5)(C)(i) ("The [CFTC] may determine that... [event] contracts... are contrary to the public interest" if they involve "gaming").... SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Analisa Torres on 7/13/2026) (vfr)
