Response to motion
RESPONSE to Motion re 18 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint in Opposition filed by Lisa Kathleen Logan. (Logan, Lisa)
Order on Motion for Temporary Restraining Order
ENDORSED ORDER denying 22 Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. Plaintiff reasserts the arguments from her first 2 Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. The current Motion is denied for the same reasons set forth in the Court's 9 Order denying the first Motion, which is incorporated by reference. To the extent Plaintiff seeks relief related to her ability to file electronically, it appears that her registration was rejected because she failed to "provide the case number in which [Plaintiff has] been granted e-filing access," she must "resubmit [her] E-File Request with the case number." (Doc. [22-3] at 16). The case number is 6:26-cv-01217-CEM-LHP. Signed by Judge Carlos E. Mendoza on 7/29/2026. (KMD)
