Rooker-Feldman precludes this action, and there is no need for the Court to reach the multiple other defenses raised in the Motions to Dismiss. The four Motions (ECF No.10, 29, 30, 32, 33) are GRANTED. All remaining defendants and claims have been DISMISSED. All other pending Motions are DENIED as moot and terminated.
