Plaintiff Sweeney and Defendant City and County of San Francisco are ordered to jointly contact Judge Kang's chambers promptly to schedule a follow-up settlement conference as soon as feasible, subject to Judge Kang's availability. The parties are ordered to meet and confer in advance of the settlement conference to attempt to narrow the disputes at issue in the settlement conference. Absent contrary direction from Judge Kang, Defendant is ordered to have the Deputy Director for Operations of SFERS present at the settlement conference and to have the Chief Labor Attorney of the City Attorney's Office and the Director of the San Francisco Department of Public Health available for signing any settlement at the conclusion of the settlement conference.
In the event that the settlement conference with Judge Kang is unsuccessful, the parties shall file their cross-motions to enforce a past/existing settlement within two weeks of the settlement conference, absent leave of Court.
