MINUTE ORDER: The Court has reviewed the 12 Motion to Dismiss for Insufficient Service under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(5). When faced with a motion under Rule 12(b)(5), a court may "in its sound discretion . . . direct that service be effected within a particular period of time." Johnson-Richardson v. Univ. of Phoenix, 334 F.R.D. 349, 352 (D.D.C. 2020) (cleaned up). The Court thus ORDERS the Plaintiff to serve the Defendants consistent with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure by September 10, 2026. The Court defers ruling on the 12 Motion to Dismiss at this time and stays the response deadline to give the Plaintiff an opportunity to correct any issues with service, including those identified in the 12 Motion to Dismiss for Insufficient Service under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(5).
