ORDER. In accordance with the attached Order, it is hereby ORDERED that the defendant shall process at least 200 potentially responsive pages each month and make productions of any non-exempt reasonably segregable portions of responsive records to the plaintiff on or before the last business day of each month unless otherwise ordered by the Court. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall appear before the Court for a status conference on July 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. The parties shall appear for the status conference, via teleconference, by calling 646-828-7666, entering Meeting ID 161 591 8885 followed by the pound key (#), and then entering the Passcode 984979 followed by the pound key (#). At the status conference, the defendant shall be prepared to apprise the Court whether additional agency staff have been hired or tasked to process Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, records at the agency so that documents may be processed and produced at a faster pace in this case.
