MINUTE ORDER. Plaintiff Kratter's 2 motion for CM/ECF password is granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to assign Plaintiff a password. Plaintiff is instructed to review Local Civil Rule 5.4 and is cautioned that (1) only Plaintiff may use the CM/ECF password, (2) upon obtaining a CM/ECF password from the Clerk, Plaintiff consents to electronic service of all documents, (3) Plaintiff is responsible for monitoring Plaintiff's e-mail account to retrieve and review electronic filings and to file timely responses when required, and (4) Plaintiff is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the official docket entry generated by the CM/ECF software. Plaintiff is also reminded that the court has sole discretion to grant a pro se party permission to file electronically and to revoke permission when the privilege is abused by excessive frivolous, vexatious, or harassing filings.
