ORDER REGARDING RULE 26(f) REPORT. The Court previously stayed discovery and Rule 26(f) scheduling obligations until after the Court's ruling on the pending motions to dismiss (Doc. # 80 ). Now that the Court has granted the motions to dismiss of defendants American Education Services, Navient Solutions, LLC, and Granite Edvance Corporation, the Court directs the remaining defendant Department of Education and plaintiff to file their Rule 26(f) report by May 16, 2024. It is so ordered.
