By 10 court days after the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issues a ruling in Martin Luther King, Jr. Cnty. et al. v. Trump et al., Case No. 25-3664 (King County), the parties shall meet and confer regarding their claims and defenses and potential for settlement, and file a joint status report and proposed schedule with the Court.
