ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINES FOR SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF THE PARTIES' DOCUMENT PRODUCTIONS AND SERVICE OF NOTICES OF DEPOSITION granting 135 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. The request is GRANTED. The Scheduling Order (ECF No. 117) is amended to the following extent: 1. Substantial completion of the Parties' document productions shall be extended from August 31, 2026 to November 13, 2026; 2. Service of notices of deposition shall be extended from January 31, 2027 to March 31, 2027; and 3. All other dates in the Scheduling Order shall remain the same. 4.
