ORDER ACCEPTING 6 FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE: Plaintiff Mark Bochra is BARRED from filing future actions in this Court unless he first (1) pays the $1,000 outstanding monetary sanction in the Northern District of Illinois and the $500 outstanding monetary sanction in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and second (2) obtains leave of this Court prior to any future filings. The Court will not review any case Bochra files, removes, or transfers without the applicable filing fee and obtaining leave of court. And all of Bochra's future submissions to the Court are LIMITED to 15 pages. The Court DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE Bochra's claims. (Ordered by Judge Brantley Starr on 9/1/2026) (twd)
