Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Set/Reset Deadlines
MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of the parties' 12 Joint Motion for Extension of Time Nunc Pro Tunc, the Court finds that the parties' delay in filing their next joint status report is the result of excusable neglect and that there is good cause for an extension of time. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the parties' 12 Joint Motion is GRANTED and the deadline for the parties' next joint status report is EXTENDED, nunc pro tunc, from August 11, 2026, to September 11, 2026. If the parties resolve this case before the deadline for their next status report, they shall promptly file either a joint stipulation of dismissal or an appropriate joint status report. Signed by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly on 08/14/2026. (lcckk1)
