The Court will treat the documents attached to the Plaintiff's 33 Motion, ECF Nos. 33-1 & 33-2, as filed. Further, the Court ORDERS that, if the Plaintiff intended to bring claims against Habib Nasrullah and Kelsey Johnson, the Plaintiff must file proof that he served those defendants by June 15, 2026.
