Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
MINUTE ORDER (text only) authorized by Judge Lauren King. The Court denies Plaintiff's 84 Motion for Miscellaneous Relief as unnecessary, duplicative of motions already in the record, and procedurally improper. His request that the Court liberally construe his filings in light of his pro se status is unnecessary because the Court already does so. See, e.g., Dkt. No. 53 at 2; Pena v. Gardner, 976 F.2d 469, 471 (9th Cir. 1992). Plaintiff's request that the Court consider his already pending motions for sanctions and to amend his complaint to add a claim for injunctive relief, and to deny Defendants' pending motion to dismiss, are duplicative of other filings in the record and procedurally improper. Plaintiff's vague request for permission to "supplement the record with already identified materials" is procedurally improper. Plaintiff's request to appoint counsel is denied for the same reasons the Court denied his previous motions to appoint counsel. Dkt. Nos. 9 , 53 . (NAW)
