Justices Delay Oral Arguments In Tesla Unit's Antitrust Fight

Law360, Washington (March 12, 2018, 10:38 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court has taken an antitrust case between a Tesla Inc. unit and an Arizona utility off next week’s oral argument calendar, pushing the hearing to the April session after a possible settlement emerged.

The move to push the case –– which deals with state-action antitrust immunity –– back from its original argument date of March 19 to April 17 follows a letter from the parties indicating they are close to a deal to end the underlying litigation.
