Impeachments Threaten Pa. Justices' Autonomy, Attys Say

Impeachment resolutions introduced on Tuesday accuse four high court justices — Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, Debra Todd and David Wecht — of usurping legislative authority when the court hired a consultant to create a new congressional map after declaring the old map an unconstitutional partisan gerrymander.
