7 High Court Cases Immigration Attys Should Watch

Justices will also tackle challenges to various provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, including two against a jurisdiction-stripping provision for immigrants with criminal histories, as well as cases that feature free speech law and the preemption doctrine at their core.
