Massachusetts Supreme Court Keeps Vape Ban In Place

Law360 (November 15, 2019, 3:33 PM EST) -- The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on Thursday upheld a pair of lower court rulings that said the governor overstepped his authority in rolling out a ban on the sale of vaping products, but left the controversial measure in place as the legal fight continues.

The high court preserved the status quo, meaning all vaping products are banned in Massachusetts with the lone exception of sales to certified medical marijuana users of products for vaping crushed marijuana flower.
