Texas Comptroller Drops Fight On Oil Well Inspection Tax

Law360, Dallas (May 28, 2014, 3:08 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday allowed the state comptroller’s office to drop its appeal of a ruling that determined sales tax shouldn’t be charged on EVO Inc.’s video inspections of oil wells for EOG Resources Inc.
