NLRB Asks DC Circ. To Affirm VW Organizing Decision

Circuit on Monday to affirm its decision allowing a micro-unit of maintenance workers at Volkswagen Group of America Inc.’s Tennessee plant, saying the unit certification standard the carmaker is challenging in an effort to include production workers in the unit was based on the appeals court’s analysis in a 2008 case.
