Alaska High Court Reverses Doctor's License Revocation

Law360, Los Angeles (August 11, 2017, 9:09 PM EDT) -- The Alaska Supreme Court ruled Friday that the state medical board was wrong to revoke a doctor's medical license for allegedly negligent drug prescriptions given to a patient who later died, saying the board's decision was not supported by the evidence.
