Fla. High Court Considers Daubert Standard In Asbestos Case

Law360 (March 6, 2018, 10:14 PM EST) -- A mesothelioma sufferer urged the Florida Supreme Court on Tuesday to reinstate an $8 million verdict and keep a less strict standard for screening expert testimony in Florida despite a 2013 state law adopting a tougher standard.
